Data Protection Notices

Following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ESTRO has updated its privacy notice. In order to be registered as ESTRO member, each member will need to read and consent to ESTRO’s privacy statement. ESTRO will keep its members personal data on record for 2 years after the end of their last membership registration, and under no circumstances will share their details to third parties without prior consent. Any question related to GDPR can be addressed to the ESTRO Office by email to privacy@estro.org. Members are able to consent, update their personal details or unsubscribe at any time through their account page.

In accordance with GDPR, as well as other national and international privacy laws, IASLC follows all appropriate privacy protections in relation to member data. Upon registration as an IASLC Member, each individual must read and consent to the IASLC Membership “Terms & Conditions” and the “IASLC Use of Information and Privacy Policy & Procedures”.  IASLC will only collect, use, and retain member information for the development and enhancement of services; to understand which services will best meet member needs; to provide members with product and service opportunities that we deem interesting or beneficial to members; and to help administer our core business and programs. IASLC has procedures and security measures that restrict access to and disclosure of personally identifiable information only to those individuals with a sound business reason to access such information.
