Each year at the IASLC World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC), the IASLC offers a variety of travel awards to help researchers from around the world attend the annual IASLC World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC). The IASLC proudly offers numerous annual funding opportunities to ensure maximum attendance of the WCLC by those who would most benefit.
Networking with colleagues means that common challenges can be identified and solutions shared. I am eager to gain new experiences, improve my skills and broaden my understanding of lung cancer, and I believe that attending the WCLC will contribute to my learning in the best possible way

Winner of a Young Investigator Travel Award
The IASLC recently expanded its travel program to include two dedicated awards for the Nursing and Allied Health Professional fields. The IASLC provided travel awards typically to
five Patient Advocates. The award includes:
- conference registration;
- hotel accommodation;
- travel expenses; and
- and a one-year IASLC membership.
